Alternative rock trio KILL THE IDEAL return with ‘Dangerous!’

IMPACT DATE: 6th October 2017

Alternative rock trio KILL THE IDEAL return with new single release ‘Dangerous!’. The single premiered on Alex Baker’s Kerrang Radio ‘Fresh Blood Show’ last week and is the first single to be taken from the bands forthcoming self-titled EP release.

The lyrics to ‘Dangerous!’ are based around someone constantly being told to stop living in a dreamland and to focus on reality. Dangerous! Is a track that screams back to these ‘people’ telling you to give up on your dreams and declare that you’re not listening and that we’ll not give in.

Having previous material aired on BBC Radio, Amazing Radio and various shows on Kerrang Radio, KILL THE IDEAL’s new single ‘Dangerous!’ is arguably their best material to date. The trio have been working closely with Ben Samson (Lower Than Atlantis) who produced and engineered the forthcoming EP release at Titan Studios in Watford.

“It’s been a very surreal experience working at the Lower Than Atlantis studio in Watford and also alongside someone who’s music we’ve been fans of for years. It’s been a very inspiring experience.” states the band, “We’re now a three piece, which is different from our previous releases, so our sound has definitely seen changes. ‘Dangerous!’ is a good indication of what’s to come from us and the direction we’re now heading. Heavy riffs, catchy lyrics and emotive choruses are what we’re about!”

KILL THE IDEAL’s self-titled EP is released on the 17th October 2017.

Ashley Wilson – Vocals/Guitars
Luke Farmer – Bass
Jordan Bell – Drums
