Introducing Devon born quartet IN FEAR THEY FOLLOW with new video, forthcoming debut EP and UK tour details

Devon born metal quartet IN FEAR THEY FOLLOW will release their debut EP ‘Solace’ on the 5th April 2019. The EP was recorded with George Lever of G1 Productions and is incredibly brave for a debut offering.

The band revealed the video for their first single and EP title track ‘Solace’ last week. The video has already clocked up over 7k views across all platforms in just a few days. Check it out here below..

Lyrically ’Solace’ is a very personal record to the band’s vocalist Jake Searle, as these songs were written during some of the darkest and most difficult experiences in his life. It carries several themes, from fighting inner demons and overcoming them, to being betrayed by the people you love.

Musically, ‘Solace’ is a very heavy record which you can feel carries the huge weight of the singers emotions throughout. It is unrelenting, packed with huge riffs and grooves which you can bang your head to. Combining elements of metal core, technical metal, nu-metal and death core, IN FEAR THEY FOLLOW create a unique but dark energy throughout the record. If you’re looking for new music and want something packed with emotion, intensity and a huge heavy groove, this is what you should be listening to!
