Alternative rock outfit FOXHAUNT get covered in ‘Dirt’

Introducing alternative rock quintet FOXHAUNTwith their brand new single release‘Dirt’.

“‘Dirt’ is one of our favorites, both on record and at live shows. It has a real “F*** YOU” type message behind it which really comes across when you hear it. We experimented with a few dirtier sounds to come up with something we’re all really proud of, and can’t wait to get it out there for everyone to hear.”

Check out the music video for the single here below..

When talking about new tracks ‘Dirt’ FOXHAUNT frontman Ollie Swift explains the story behind the track “It’s about that person who rips your heart out of your chest, stamps on it, spits on it and pretty much completely turns your life upside down. When you get over all of that, this is when you look back and think – they were actually a complete waste of my time and aren’t worth anymore of it.”

Over the past 12 months, FOXHAUNT have released two singles and an alternate version of the second single. They played their debut show to a sold out audience in their hometown of York, setting the bar high from the get go. They have also played shows with the likes ofEmarosaand Normandie, as well as the band’s previous singles being aired on BBC Introducingin York.

FOXHAUNT are a band you need in your ears! They work hard to ensure their music is as personal and relatable to their fans as possible whilst writing with the aim to get your body moving and the hairs on your neck stood on end.

‘Dirt’ is out now.
